Phase 2: Closing the Gap of Intent (3D Design)
The biggest risk in construction is the space between what you imagine and what a builder interprets. We call this the "Gap of Intent" . We close it with technology.
The Action: We build a photorealistic 3D model of your project
The Benefit: You will see exactly how materials match your home, how the light hits the stone, and how the layout flows. We don't break ground until you have virtually walked the path .
Phase 3: The Transparent Pricing Model
Most contractors hide profit in material markups, charging you 20-40% extra for the stone they buy. We changed the rules.

The Mechanics: You receive two documents: a fixed labor proposal from 1OAK, and a direct purchase order for your materials. You pay our suppliers directly at our negotiated contractor rates, keeping those savings in your pocket .
Phase 4: Engineering & Excavation
Design is art; installation is engineering. In North Carolina, the clay-heavy soil demands respect.
The Standard: We go deeper. Whether it's a driveway or a patio, we focus intensely on excavation depth, sub-soil compaction, and aggregate base layers.

Phase 5: The Build & Walkthrough
